These are the times we normally see. Festivals, strikes and heavy rain can add a day or two. If your order is running late, message us and we will chase the courier for you.

Paying
Yes. Pick cash on delivery at checkout. Pay the delivery person when the box is in your hand. Nothing leaves your account before that.
UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking. Paying online is a little faster to dispatch because there is no confirmation call.
Yes, a GST invoice with every order. Add your company GST number at checkout if you need it in a company name.

Choose cash on delivery and nothing leaves your account before the parcel reaches you. Pay the delivery person directly, and if you have changed your mind, do not take it.
Tracking and delivery
You get a link by SMS and on WhatsApp as soon as it leaves us. If you cannot find it, message us with your order number or the phone number you ordered with.
Yes. Put the block or room number in the address field and add your warden's or gate number as the second phone number. That helps a lot.
Couriers usually try three times. Message us and we will fix a slot with them that suits you.
If it has not left the warehouse yet, yes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we will change it.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp on the day it arrives, before you open the box if you can. We will look at it the same day and tell you what we will do about it.
