Is this just an NFC sticker?
The chip is the easy part. What you are buying is a focus device that is made to sit on a desk for years, that arrives already programmed, and an app that runs your focus routine properly.
Can I just remove the phone from the room instead?
You can, and it works. Most people do not do it because they need the phone for notes, timers or calls. Mohar keeps the phone with you and takes away only the part that steals your time.
What if I tap it and then undo it?
You can end a session, and we do not lock you out of your own phone. But you will have to go and do it on purpose, and that small gap is usually enough to make you go back to the book.
Do I need to keep the app open?
No. Set your rules once. After that the app can stay closed forever. The tap does everything.
How long does it last?
