Buying from getmohar.com means you agree to these. We have kept them readable on purpose.

getmohar.com is run by Millions Kart Private Limited, Mohali, Punjab, India (GSTIN on your invoice). “We” and “us” means that company. “You” means the person placing the order.
Mohar is a battery-free NFC focus device that works with the free Mohar app on iPhone XS and newer and on Android phones with NFC. It locks the apps you choose, for the time you choose, when you tap your phone on it. It does not lock anything you leave off your list. It is not a parental control product and it does not monitor anyone.
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price on the day you order is the price you pay. Prepaid orders can use the code FOCUSED200 for Rs 200 off at checkout; one code per order. Cash on delivery is available across India on orders up to Rs 5,000. We can refuse or cancel an order if the price was wrong on the site, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud; if we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
Free across India. Dispatch and delivery times are on the shipping page. Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel.
Returns run through the 30 nights trial, with the conditions on that page, including the 120-hour usage record. Outside the trial, unused and sealed devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus reverse-pickup cost.
If your Mohar does not respond to a tap on a compatible phone within 6 months of delivery, we replace it free. Physical damage, water damage and copies bought elsewhere are not covered.
The Mohar app is free and is licensed to you for personal use with a genuine Mohar. We may update it, and some features depend on permissions your phone gives us. Our privacy page says what the app does and does not do with your data.
Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or try to break it. Content on the site, including copy, photographs and the Mohar name and mark, belongs to us and cannot be reused without permission.
Mohar helps you keep apps shut. It cannot make you put it on the desk, and we make no promise about outcomes beyond the trial terms. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab have jurisdiction. Before that, talk to us: most problems get sorted on WhatsApp in a day.
